Films in Pakistan

Pakistan always claims itself to be A COUNTRY OF GREAT POTENTIALS. From natural resources to brilliant minds, Pakistan has always proved the claim right. But issue rises when the resources and potentials are not used or not given their deserved value.

Coal can produce Power, Pakistan has got Coal Mines- That’s potential.. Pakistan is not making Power out of coal is the issue.

Same is with our potential in field of FILM INDUSTRY. Pakistan is equipped with millions of talented artists and almost all of them are trying to pass through the tiny hole where they can explore their talent and start their career in desired profession.

 Downfall of Pakistan film industry is considered to start when in an industry which was supposed to represent the NATION started focusing just one language and one region of one province. As a result violence-ridden Punjabi films prevailed and overshadowed the Urdu cinema.

That lead to division of Cinema into Punjabi industry and Pushto industry- Both popular among their people but no work was done on quality due to limited budget, so did the audience Limited and mostly illiterate to attend the cinema. And then for cinema’s too- limited and of low quality -.

Industry is known by the name of LOLLYWOOD considering LAHORE the media hub. In this hub they had 67 cinema houses 10 years back and the numbers are reduced to 55 now and out of these 55 not all are operational.

Upcoming talent including film makers, actors, musicians and finances are hoping to take the industry to higher level. Some consider a total change with all new professionals holding degree must replace all those who were part of dark ages.

Where some young filmmakers oppose it stating "I don't think so. Because these actors are experienced just need to polish them. The presenter has actually no sense to present them. So the basic error began from filmmakers"

After a revolution in Drama industry Pakistan is expecting a revolution in film industry with the help of those getting degrees in media studies and those experienced - This needs nothing but determination of young talent and some transparency to help the real talent get into the world of fame.

ANYONE CAN HAVE JUSTICE IF.....

We often listen to the line " WE HAVE FREE JUDICIARY THESE DAYS "... That’s so true... Justice is FREE here, anyone can buy and anyone can sale. 

On Shahzebz Khanz matter we should all sense ashamed of being part of this system. Shazeb was shot dead by some boys. NO ONE NOTICED and FIR was not launched even His father was a DSP. Than he called the relative NABEEL GABOL and Nabeel asked DIG to order for FIR. And than the FIR was launched.

> Consider his father was not DSP - He might never get His dead body even- As happening to SO MANY Pakistanis

> Consider him not a relative of sitting MNA - There would be NOTHING but some Mourning over the Body- As happening to so MANY Pakistanis

> Consider the family couldn’t Approach a DIG - There would NO record of this case ever just a normal TARGET KILLING could be declared - AS happening to MANY Pakistanis

 

So till now the standards are IF YOU GET KILLED BY A POWERFUL PERSON and you want to file an FIR you must be

1. A relative of a sitting MNA

2. Approachable to DIG

Now Millions of FIR zs are registered every week in Pakistan and are considered just a piece of Paper.

Going further on Shahzebz Case, After FIR, there was no response from anywhere and no one bothered to take it to next level until the issue got highlighted on MEDIA and Social Media. The issue was on News and special talk shows were arranged for this specific killing that took it to POLITICAL LEVEL and Different Political parties stated their support for Justice. Some more days passed and it got hype and still there was NO further steps taken on official level until they called for a PROTEST in Karachi and Lahore for the same day... And 3000+ People gathered from diff areas and even cities to support the cause.

After some days of this peaceful protest CJ took Suo Moto Notice of the case and started proceedings and a step was taken towards Justice.

> Does this mean every killing can only be taken into notice to be started for proceedings after a SOU MOTO ACTION BY CJ HIMSELF? COZ MANY VICTIM FAMILIES ARE WAITING FOR THE JUSTICE TOO

> Does this mean that Judiciary will only notice my case if I gather thousands of people on road and protest! COZ MANY VICTIM FAMILIES ARE TRYING TO BE NOTICED

> Does this mean that FACEBOOK page LIKES are more reliable than FIR, Case is preceded after Maximum Likes! Coz 90% Pakistanis DONT know how to use facebook so we ask them to learn it for justice...

> Does this mean we have to appoint a TV ANCHOR in every police station who notices and discuss it on TV and than a step towards justice will be taken! Coz everyone cannot approach media and every anchor cannot go every police station to check which one to be highlighted.

So till now if you are killed and you want justice

1. Only CJ can order proceedings there are no other courts or judges eligible to order

2. You must create a facebook page and get as much likes as you can and tell everyone your story.

3. Arrange a protest with Maximum people on street.

4. Try approaching a TV ANCHOR to highlight your issue.

 CJ ordered in quite ruthless manner to IG SINDH for catching the culprits or get himself out of the uniform. And the next day Police is SO active that more than 25 places are raided, Tens of citizens are caught and police is reacting like it’s THE ONLY MURDER IN THE HISTORY OF PAKISTAN

I concluded that the whole police deptt cant to anything, you have to order IG Police. IG police will only be active if you threaten him for termination from Duty, Other wise all SHOz, SPz, DSPz, ASPz, SSPz, DIGz cannot do anything ( as seen in start of this case) so why wasting our tax money on these designations, and make IG take every action himself.

If only CJ can take notice and order for proceedings why my Tax money is wasted on these courts and judges if they are unable to provide justice. Why don’t they make a rule of ALL MURDER CASES CAN ONLY be REVIEWED IF SUO MOTO NOTICE IS TAKEN by CJ?

A 2 year girl with father just shot dead in Karachi, four boys were killed on their way to school in Karachi some days back. On resistance of Mobile snatching a friend was killed in Lahore. And they have millions and millions and millions of such cases NEVER REGISTERED , NEVER RESOLVED NEVER TAKEN INTO NOTIVE and never brought to  JUSTICE just because they couldn’t full fill the requirements of JUSTICE of this country :(.
